It goes like this load up the standing calf raise with what ever weigth you are so lets say for me 190 then do 10 reps and take 10 seconds rest then hop back then 15 reps rest 10 secs then 20 rest 15 rest 10 then done. i stated earlier that i didn't have a standing calf raise machine. but i could possibly do this on a leg press. thanks a lot bro.
