hey papi what do you think is more effecient for cutting low-carb or carb cycling
I'm not an expert in nutrition but I can share my personal experience. I have not carb cycled but I did a low-carb cut. It was the first time I could see a six pack. Sometimes your bodyfat is low and you have water blurring your definition. Make sure you watch your sodium intake.

I used to make that as well. Forgot about that one because I haven't cut since last summer. I use to put carb-free milk in there to keep the sugar content down. It was hard getting used to the carb-free milk because it doesn't taste very good and is much more expensive.

I have to go. Nice talking with you Andre. Good luck with your cut, it sounds like you are going to be successful. Hasta luego, mis hermanos.

Do glyconutrients have side effects? Because these are just food, they've not been found to have side effects or to interact with pharmaceuticals or herbal products -- kind of like eating broccoli. In fact, a physician friend of mine is a last resort for children who have birth defects and childhood illnesses. She has been known to give these children very large amounts of glyconutrients through feeding tubes with no side effects and very positive results.

well i would call this a side effect......but apparently it's just the mechanism that my body is using to get rid of the shit in my body
