damn. gotta love these adjustable dumbell handles. im really glad i got them. now all i need to do is go get my 2 1/2 and 5 lb plates. they are nasty though cause they been sitting in my garage for days. they got rat sh_t and god knows what else on them

not today. its strictly an arm/straight shrug day. il hit chest up in a few days. lots of incline/flat/decline flys with varying hand positions. good sh_t, but honestly i prefer working out my arms and back

its kinda like a miniture barbell. its threaded on both ends and is meant to have plates put on both sides. its much smarter to buy those than solid dumbells that are not adjustable. damn, a 100 pound dumbell costs 100 bucks. but with my adjustable handles, i can have anywhere from 15-150 pound dumbells. if i bought two more 25 pound plates i could go even heavier.

yea having a solid chest is key. but with my genetics i need to focus on other areas. my chest is naturally pretty big, but my arms/shoulders are not.

ur guys' arms ever tingle and shit when ur on gear? both of mine are right now... and its weird too cause when i like snap my arm out i can feel like this shootin goin all the way down my arm into my fingers.. its crazy, im also itchy everywhere

well, fu_k it, my biceps look pretty good right now. i been hitting up lots of reverse curls so the short head on my bicep is standing out quite nicely. all i need now is to gain about 10 pounds of muscle in each arm. that would be pretty cool
