    did well Myka! good job on your quiz. looks like i missed one, sorry. should i lift and then do cardio for 30mins or just do straight cardio for 45mins? i havent eaten in about an hour and am hungry. if i worked out it would be abs and calves anyway... shoul di do abs&calves or just do cardio? it will be in about half an hour from now.
