    Simplicity Question

    Would a small cycle of just Deca and Dianabol be alright without added testosterone and without Nolva if I only used say 400mg deca/ pw and 25mg Dbol daily?

    that is a bad cycle mate do a lot of reading on this site before you attampt to take gear.

    5' 11'' 200lbs.. Goal is to just lose some fat and bulk up. I have read so many contradicting things it makes my head spin. Even on this site the profiles whoever wrote the Dbol profile said his first cycle consisted of nothing but dbol and he put on 25lbs and kept 1/2 of that. Then i read the novice cycle one and it is just testosterone deca and dbol with nolva...Now I know the nolva isnt essential because ppl have done cycles without it for all of time. I guess my real question is what the hell to do, go get some test as well because the dbol isnt the same no matter how much is taken..Just any guidelines you guys could help me with would be awesome.

    Cycle history only test cyp and winny..worked wonders for me

    training for roughly 6 years.. solidly 10 months of the year

    If it is not good to do..Why? what would you do add or subtract..On a scale of 1-10 how bad would it be for a novice?

    If your first cycle was test based and it worked wonders, stick with that, why change something what works for you,

    I can only agree, having found this to be the case for me when I did my first cycle (which was 6 weeks of dbol alone at 25mgs/day), I gained roughly 25lbs and kept nearly ½ of it. Since then, Dbol has always had a special place in my heart.

    Thats what I read under Dbols profile here, then I read somewhere else that a classic stack was Dbol and Deca..SO thats how I got to this point..

    I have also just finished a pretty dramatic fat loss period. I weighed 222 6 weeks ago and have done hard cardio and trained hard and kept my diet to the best guidelines I can find out there.

    that was also after a 4 month layoff with a rotator cuff injury so I would consider msyelf now back at a healthy weight. much of what I lost was water. about 12 pounds the first 2 weeks

    I would recommend test prop and deca. You need test with deca or you will most likely get shut down and your woman will hate you.
