    Oh good.. soemone else feeling the pain! This is the first time i've done this sort of diet.. I just want to eat, my body was hating me today.. so I guess I just have to suffer through the hunger pains? I'm taking Benefibre but only once a day,..

    Gym was lacking muscles..not much motivation.. not even the hot trainers were there... I was left to self motivate..haha..but it was fun too, tried osme new things and had a pretty good workout
