Yoga is great for enhancing joint flexablity and muscle limberness. You certainly won't take it to the extreme that's for sure. Yes too much can make your joints too flexible and that is bad, but that is truly the extreme. Not gonna happen with you Billy. Another thought is to have a trainer stretch you after a workout. Assisted stretching is much more effective and if you're gonna pay for a class you may as well pay a pro to help you. You only want to be ranged so work out a deal.
