Guys im trying a new carb-up this year and yesterday i had some veggie-based pasta...gonna take some pics tomorrow to see if i filled out properly..u guys this veggie pasta is acceptable? i dont think its that high in GI...

should be fine...im a big fan of sweet potatoes though...but this is a nice change
Yea it worked great for carb up...i had a great workout that day and i seem very full today..more pics coming later...
carbing up while cutting.. or carbing in the last days pre-contest?
If it's the latter i'd have to say no.
Pre-contest is a delicate time.
Its carbing up during the contest diet...i use rice primarily but friday i used 2 servings of veggie based pasta and i think it worked well to fill out...at this point im carbing up every 5 days then it decreases to carb up every 6 days till the show.....
