    target lower abs

whats a good workout for toning the lower abs (lower 4, of an 8 pack :P )
i do crunches every night and i also do leg lifts on the floor, and i noticed the leg lifts seem to do more for the lower. and crunches for the upper.
im about to get a real ab workout going that i actually do in the gym, i used to have no problem getting a 6 or even 8 pack going when i was younger. but not im alittle older (24) the fat tends to stick there alittle longer and it doesnt seem to burn out of the cracks as fast either making the lower area not look seperated. im probably going to start doing weighted crunches to get larger upper abs and maybe declined crunches for the lower area? any help wuld be great..
also im not fat and dont really have any fat on my stomach so im llooking for more workout advice than cardio, but i will up my cardio aswell

the only thing i do for lower abs is leg raises and you can really target the lower part of your abs with this. for some reason my upper abs have developed better than my lower. i should focus on my lowers as well.

yea superset i suggest 100% for training abs, aswell as calves too, those lowers are hard to get too, you got to check your diet along with this as well.

Try doing crunches on the ball holding a medicine ball for upper and turn sideways to hit the obliques. For lower I started doing leg raises holding a medicine ball between my feet. Don't ever leg your form get sloppy and go slow so your aren't just using momentum.

Your diet is way more important than the workout when it comes to abs
