    Possible sticky?

    Hey,

I'm wondering about some general 'consensual' principles about working out for the duration of "coming off" a cycle, i guess during you pct... or until your system is back to normal. What do some of you suggest in terms of training, considering exercises, reps, sets, frequency, food, rest, etc... I've read up quite a bit of info on the subject, but would appreciate some vets and mods chiming in.

    Thanks,

    Jim

well i have read alot about coming off a cycle, your should google it, but the general concencus wat to slowly lowers the amounts of sets and but continue with reps from 6-15. keep intensity high but reduce the amount of work.
diet was also just reducing the calories slightly because u do not need as many whilst off a cycle. but i highly reccomed you research 'Post Cycle Traning'
