    PLEASE HELP! Winny, Deca, and Boldenone

    im two weeks into my wintsrol, deca durabolin, and boldenone cycle. my cycle is going great and everything is under control. the problem is my training, i just dont feel like im doing it effectively. this is my 3rd cycle...im no novice..my training split is monday(chest, traps, biceps)tuesday(back, shoulders)wed(legs and tris) i then repeat that cycle until saturday, sunday i do abs, i try to through in cardio but it results in being to much and i feel like im at a catabolic stage. my buddy suggests a different training split, something like training each muscle group seperatly throughout the week. what should i do, please HELP!!!

    HELP, this is no joke, i want the gains and im dedicated as hell, all i do is think about the gym and i want my gains from winny, please help

    1-interesting choice of gear u've picked for ur cycle
    2-i wouldnt train the muscle groups twice a week
    3-i'll post my training routine and u can compare it to urs
    4-post how ur cycle looks like and some stats

    i like this a lot..i might do something similar with breaks in between

    here's the 4 day version which i have to do sometimes

    i got my idea of what im doing now from the main page on this board

    8 day rotation

    1: chest, bicep
    2: off
    3: hams and quads
    4: off
    5: back, tris
    6: off
    7: delts, abs, calves, traps
    8: off

    no matter how much i take my training regiment is dictated by my goals, NOT MY AAS .. if im bulking i usually train 3x a week MWF
    if im cutting i usually train 4-5x a week

    on sunday i use 4cc of boldenone and 2cc deca durabolin, on monday and tuesday i use Winny, 1cc each day, either in the leg or glute, on wednesday i put very little winny in both shoulders, about 20mg, 10 in each shoulder. im 5'7 and weigh 168-170, body fat is about 11%, but i want to get shredded like a freak, on what days should i do cardio???abs?

    with a retarded cycle like that u just wasting ur money and then some
    plz stop that retarded cycle run pct (IF U KNOW WHAT THAT IS) and fix ur god'forsaken diet

    first of all i didnt say anything about my diet, and second of all ive gotten great gains, im shredded and got veins all over, just asked for comparison
