im two weeks into my wintsrol, deca durabolin, and boldenone cycle. my cycle is going great and everything is under control. the problem is my training, i just dont feel like im doing it effectively. this is my 3rd cycle...im no novice..my training split is monday(chest, traps, biceps)tuesday(back, shoulders)wed(legs and tris) i then repeat that cycle until saturday, sunday i do abs, i try to through in cardio but it results in being to much and i feel like im at a catabolic stage. my buddy suggests a different training split, something like training each muscle group seperatly throughout the week. what should i do, please HELP!!!
