    I was @ GNC the other day, and this dude that works there tells me he take 70 pills a day, and that he works out all the time and is real big into weights. I kinda placate him and go along, and he sits on the desk and puts his arm straight down and flexes, and asks me what this bump on the back of his arm was? he said he had never seen it before, he asked me to feel it so I did, and I looked at him, paused and said, "thats your tricep" and he freaks out and comments how he didnt know that and didnt know that was there......

    damn, how sad is this. i havent worked out in like...4 days. ive got my own bench in my bedroom. im too far from a gym to walk or ride a bike and i dont have a licence right now...... i just walked into my room and yelled at my sister for stackin shit on my bench. she said "its been there for 3 days" damn, i didnt even notice it... i need some modivation......

    I heard that peanut butter can grow some kind of organism that can be harmful if not stored right, especially organic so make sure you put in fridge after opening.
