thurs: shoulders- either standing military press or seated dumbbell press, unilateral side raises, rear delts on the cables, barbell front shrugs, barbell back shrugs, and neck work with the head harness thingy. friday, arms: ez curls, seated dumbbell curls, low- incline bench-braced curls with dumbbells. weighted tricep dips, cable pushdowns, kickbacks. forearms- reverse curls, supersetted with behind-the-back wrist rolls, followed by calfs and ab=s again

Same here.. only on leg day.. the odd time with chest, but not loud.. I don't think..haha... more heavy breathing than anything.

Some guys at my gym are very vocal.. this one really big guy, must be on tren, jogs sometimes and his breathing is off the charts... grunts too..sound painful but it's a great motivator for the ladies..lol

i may grunt with deadlifts when i go for my heaviest sets. but never intentionally, it just happens. i think its daft, but with some exercises, its impossible not to. just cant stand it when dicks in the gym really go to town with grunting. there really is no need
