    hardly any. i did a standard back/bi day. chest/tri. legs. but with work i hardly got the chance i had to concentrate more on diet and cardio... cardio was the clincher, since i had the diet down.

    They're as a big as a quarter, although their legs extend just a bit further, theyre in canada too btw

    They cause necrosis to the skin/tissue, there are cases of women getting bit and having to remove their breasts and one dude...lost his cock......scary to think I stayed in the house 5 days after being bit huh
