    yea. well im gonna be gone by that time anyway. shes going to vegas on the 23rd, and im gonna move to another town a few hours away on the 16th.

    she didnt say straight up that shes gonna go fu_k some random guys, but she might as well. her saying shes gonna go get really drunk and party is basically the same thing

    Around 230-235 I think now. I finished cutting like..3 weeks ago and got to about..12%. Thats about as low as I can get. I'll hit a pleatau each time at around 12% and theres nuthin I can do. Diet is perfect. I ended up doing cardio 2x a day and lost an INCH off my arms..a whole inch. I saw pics of myself and my arms pretty much disappeared (theyre shitty to begin with) and I said thats it back to bulking

    never do cardio twice a day man bad idea, prolly some thing fugked in ur diet.
