Dude you have lost a lot of stregth which is normal. But dont worry, havnt you heard of muscle memory ? Just start off again at a weight you can handle. You will be back up there in no time just stick at it !!!

You will bounce back faster then it took you to get there orginally. I did the same thing took time off and it sucked getting back. I was squatting 315 , when i got back i was doing 185 and it was killing me![]()
