so I did 90 lbs. dumbells (flat bench) which is good for me. I think 95's weren't out of the question. Hopefully by next week, I will hit 100's!

Man when I was weight training I used to do 4-5 reps with 110lb DB on the incline......no more......gotta be fit, fast, agile and pop up thousands of pushups, pullups, dips, everyday.....
