I asked you a question in a thread about incomplete meals bro..I'm not sure if you responded..
I'm not responding very good to carbs in most of my meals...So if i only have 2 to 3 carb meals a day..With the rest of the protein do i have to add olive oil to a couple and brocolli to make it a complete meal??

Base your 3 carb meals around your workout; preworkout, PWO, and PPWO. That's really all the carbs you need (I have 1 extra carb meal to start out my day but apparently I don't need to go real low). To make a meal complete, it either needs to be pro/carb or pro/fat. No, I don't count broccoli as a "complete" carb source (like I would oats. I don't even count broccoli cals).
