ya, usually go in around 6:00pm.
I use to do elliptical for an hour eat an hour later, wait an hour, then workout at 11 but I like working out in the evening better. Nothing like having multiple orgasms, eeeerrr I mean multiple meals in my stomach before lifting.

I train with my sis...she works all day then spots me in the evening. Works out a little better for both. I do enjoy working out in the morning though!
