    I think I may seriously do my first cycle soon...looking at tbol cause I like the sound of the lean gains

    tbol only for now..here are my previous thoughts:

    1.insulin only
    2.tbol and prop
    3.prop and insulin

    but I think I will just go with the tbol..

    I do the 21's with heavy enough weight that I cant hit the last 7....and it is with the big bar.

    I know you hear it all the time but I would do just the test if I had a choice between that and test/eq.

    i love 21's. a whole lot of bi's done very quickly! gets me out of the gym quick, i hate doing bi's, 21's make it quick and painless

    So you know exactly how your body responds to test..plus you dont need more...you will have great gains off test only..

    21's are great. I'll throw them in every now and again. Really helps build endurance.

    i wish!hahah my dead is moving slow these days, pic is from about a year ago, i am doing this lift with the use of no AAS and with just a singlet, no supportive equipment!( except a belt.)

    I've never heard of anyone else not liking to work there bi's...I hate my back and legs...The only two things that get tremendously sore..

    Its better to be doing it in winter..just keep a fan on ya all the time..that helps.
