Just read an aticle in a brit mag that claims, "a new training programe that shatters 40 yrs of bb dogma", it is suggested by Iwyn Cosgrove of California, that you can get far better results "doing a total body work out three times a week to add more muscle". He suggests that it is impossible to isolate body parts, therefore doing so is a waist of time. He also feels that it is better to to light wieghts with higher reps. Also "to save time pair exercises that work opposite muscle groups and cut the rest between sets". he believes trainging opposite muscle groups force the muscle you just trained to relax. (mens health pg 183)
I dont know about you but this reads like total BULL, what do you think Cr*p or an intresting training model?
