see bro, im tryin to make a point of replacing most of my protein intake with egg whites. they're cheap and filling.
whey protein is good, but im str8 starving like an hour after i eat it. with egg whites, il stay full for longer, plus there isn't any splenda in the eggs... theres lots of that in my protein powder
