ok well here. Here is a diet/slacking off I used when i worked out all last month.
Week 1-6
Monday, Wed., Friday Morning-
2 eggs, 2 pieces bolona, granola bar, fat burner.
Mon. Wed. Friday Afternoon-
Protein Shake
Mon. Wed. Friday Evening-
Monday evening- 2 hamburger no bun, green beans, carrots, fat burner,
workout for 1 hour
Wed. Evening- Baked Potato, carrots, green beans, Fat burner.
Workout for 1 hour.
Friday Evening- 2 Hamburger no bun, green beans, carrots, fat burner, workout for 1 hour.
Late Snack- Fruit.
Tue. Thurs. Sat. Morning-
Oatmeal, Granola Bar, blueberries, fat burner.
Tue. Thurs. Sat Afternoon-
Salad
Tue. Thurs. Sat Evening-
Tue.- Taco Salad. Fat burner. Workout for 1 hour.
Thurs.- I can't remember
Saturday.- I can't remember.
Sunday- Rest
I still don't think I was doing enough workout, cause I worked for 5 weeks and only lost 15 lbs.
