    I'm New

    I need help with this site. There are so many choices that I really don't know whats right for me. I am a little overweight and I want something that will help me lose weight/gain lean muslce faster than I have tried in the past. I don't care what it is, just someone tell me something that is good on here.

    welcome to the board,

    what are your stats, goals, etc...

    I suggest you start in the diet and exercise forums.... you'll find stickies on how to cut (if you wanna lose those chubs) and some examples of how some of us train at the gym...yeah, start there

    and dont even consider AAS for another 5-6 years!!!!

    Dont listen to that guy dude, Clen is a dangerous drug. IMO, get your diet, cardio and training in order and get ur bf% around 10-12%. Then reconsider AAS or come back for more advice.
    Where do these people come from who recommend clen to a newbie?
    Either give good advice or STFU!

    well hell I don't want to lose weight the old fashion way because that takes too long. I want some AAS. I know clen is bad, but what about Tren75...

    ok what if I did take one of the AAS right now. What would happen?? would I get sick and die, would I lose rapid weight and gain it all back after i got off of the AAS, would I lose my dick... what would happen??

    Geez, so many people want the magic pill for instant results. Sorry but it doesn't work like that. Until you realize there is no quick fix, you'll never get the results you want. Plain and simple.

    I know the magic pill just doesn't happen for a beginner, but I've seen people that are overweight then start working out in a gym for like 2 months, then go on AAS or reg. roid and they do fine. I just don't know what the catch is.

    Define 'beginner'

    and I'm sure some see an improvement (but i can guarantee its from the diet and cardio) but it's just stupid if you 1, don't know what your injecting yourself with 2, your diet is right 3, your BF% is too high.

    once you get your bodyfat down and get used to working out regularly then you can consider using AAS to help build some muscle.

    there are drugs like clen, ephadra, and caffein that speed you up and make you burn calories faster, however these can be very hard on your heart and you would still have to have your diet in order. clen is not an AAS.

    dieting is simple, you just burn more calories than you take in. every year bodybuilders go from being chubby in the offseason to being shreaded 12 weeks or so later.

    all you need to do is get on a fairly strict diet, and start doing 30min or so of cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

    the first step is to look at the cutting sticky in the diet forum, and put together a diet that you think would be good. then just post it on here and we will help you critique it.

    once you start seeing results you will be hooked for life.

    ok well here. Here is a diet/slacking off I used when i worked out all last month.

    Week 1-6
    Monday, Wed., Friday Morning-
    2 eggs, 2 pieces bolona, granola bar, fat burner.

    Mon. Wed. Friday Afternoon-
    Protein Shake

    Mon. Wed. Friday Evening-
    Monday evening- 2 hamburger no bun, green beans, carrots, fat burner,
    workout for 1 hour

    Wed. Evening- Baked Potato, carrots, green beans, Fat burner.
    Workout for 1 hour.

    Friday Evening- 2 Hamburger no bun, green beans, carrots, fat burner, workout for 1 hour.

    Late Snack- Fruit.

    Tue. Thurs. Sat. Morning-
    Oatmeal, Granola Bar, blueberries, fat burner.

    Tue. Thurs. Sat Afternoon-
    Salad

    Tue. Thurs. Sat Evening-
    Tue.- Taco Salad. Fat burner. Workout for 1 hour.

    Thurs.- I can't remember

    Saturday.- I can't remember.
    Sunday- Rest

    I still don't think I was doing enough workout, cause I worked for 5 weeks and only lost 15 lbs.

    you really need to read the cutting sticky so you can get a general idea of what your body needs. read the cutting sticky and then post a diet, there is too much wrong with this to even critique. you need to start over from scratch.

    If you were already successful with you're weight loss/muscle gain efforts, then you wouldn't be posting these questions. Therefore it follows that you need help. Why do you insult those in a position to provide that help? No one's going to do all your work for you, especially not now. So, good luck with your efforts.     the stickys will teach you the basics about nutrition. if you dont even have any basic knowledge about nutrition you will not be able to change your body at all.

    you just want someone to do all the work for you. you need to learn the basics then make up a diet and post it. then you will have some people with more knowledge than you critique your diet and tell you what you should change.

    your just too lazy, you probably dont even have the willpower to follow a diet or workout regime

    READ THE STICKIES! jeez...you ask for help and everyone tells you the same thing... a 2 minute read of the basic cutting diet will tell you exactly what you need to start... and the sticky on rules of posting your diet for help will help you with that as well. Wow 5 minutes out of your day... or you could just do this?
