    Funny. It must be shoulder day. I was in the gym this morning doing cardio and it looked like everyone was doing shoulders and today when I get back to the gym I'll be doing shoulders too.

    yup I'm going to add clen to my PCT this time around. I'm on it right now for a few weeks just to try it out for the first time. I love the clen shakes...

    I love Mondays at my gym people will stand in line for the the flat bench. I will never do chest on a Monday.

    i think the shakes can be annoying, especially when you're trying to write something.
