    Thanks bruce. Yes, 88 in each arm is great weight. You will work your way up before you know it. The beginning of June, I couldn't go higher than 85's

    obviously you have been working out for a while and know what you're doing, but i would like to point out (especially for people who have not been working out long) that you shouldnt become too obsessed with the weight you use. sometimes if you try to go too heavy you will not work the target muscle as well. at least for bodybuilders you need to make sure you are focusing on the muscle and that muscle is doing most of the work.

    ya I hear ya bro! 125's aren't hard for me so I can actually squeeze and feel a great pump afterwards!
