calves are fine. plus i use bis and tris. delts, glutes, quads. I have done lats too, didn't like doing lats, similar pain to traps. I have shot them all with prop and winny before. Ouch.

Have done it and it hurt like a mofo. Tell him to hit his bi's. Doesn't hurt and it's easy to reach.
...he won't do quads? Quads are like a freebie..easy and no pain.
