workout times must change - opinions

well at the moment I workout in the late afternoon which I love. Cardio in the morn then weights at 4.30pm,
Ubfortunately I will begin working in the day next week. The good side is loads more money but the bad is workout must change time.

I will be working from 12 till 8pm mon - sat and on fri/sat nights working in the eve too.
So i have already changed my split to working out 5 days in a row sun -thurs as there is no time fri-sat. I am fine with that.
Should i workout out before going to work in the AM then do cardio in the eve (wont be empty stomach though) or carry on cardio in morn and workout after work from 8 till 9? Or weights in the AM followed immediately by cardio (really dont like the sound of that).
    What would you guys do??

well i used to have a schedule similar to that.......if you can still get up and cardio in the morning then go for it but i suggest do your work out right after work...i did that for yrs no prob but i hated waking up early so i would cardio every once inawhile after my work out .......

I work from 10 am till 5-6 pm. Takes me good 30 min to get home.
I lift weights in the eve/night. Sometimes I even workout as late as 9-10-11pm. It's fine with me.

    Sun - chest
    Mon - back
    Tues - legs
    Weds - shoulders
    Thurs - arms

    Cardio ED.

I have no problem getting up and doing cardio in the AM ED. I am just wondering wether I will be stronger for weights in the AM or if doing in the late eve is ok as I have never lifted late before.

Well, obviosuly everyone is different but I don't have any problems with lifting late. I find it better for myself than lifting in the AM.
Give it a shot, see how You feel.
