and yeah donnie i've moved up 5 kilos on each dumbell for my dbell flat bench, 4 kilos on each one for my dbell shoulder press...every lifts gone up somewhere around that...

so thats what..25 pounds on my bench in 3 weeks....not bad

alot of people do say it is impossible to gain over 8lbs of lean muscle mass a year, i thought that for a while as thats what it says in joe weiders book, but i think he's talking about people who are pretty much close to their potential
