Hi i understand it is good to get time off every few months. For me i have been feeling overtrained lately and rundown and havent taking a break for about 4 months. My question is this, when it is your respective 7 days away from the gym should you keep the rest active or extremely sedentary. What would beenfit the body better? I am going on vacation so i could just as easily get a few golf rounds in and do some rock climbing and snowboarding as i could just be sedentary and sit there all day hanging out which i have no problems with. what is body asking for in this time of rest, some light active rest workouts or sedentary style of lving
