    I think I found a nice routine. It is pretty much Audis' and Chests' routine, but modified a bit

    Chest/Tris
    Back/Bis (Bis barbell exercises)
    OFF
    Shoulders/Tris
    Legs/Bis (Bis hammers)
    OFF
    OFF
