    yea i've just recently dropped my weight in my lifts to make sure im really "feeling" the muscle work and i will say im significantly more sore.......

    im doing a mwf push/legs/pull routine right now but i dont know if i wanna keep doing it as i dont feel its enough....mind just be a mental thing tho im not sure

    yeah if you're tryin to bring up laggin parts, especially larger muscles like chest and back I would suggest taking each as its own project and really goin at em on muscle specific days for a period of 10-12 weeks and see how it goes. the monday wednesday friday push/legs/pull split has never worked for me when i'm really tryin to bring somethin up.
