    when i 1st started i loaded up 1ml ED for a week then i just shoot 1ml E3D. i shoot it IM as well, i wouldnt want to jab 1ml subq

    your not going to notice a significant difference but i feel alot better when using it, it really makes a difference with my appetitte.
