I work a rotating 12 hour shift at a facility. I’m on my feet running around all the time. The best I can say is plan your food out. Baggies work great on prepping food for a busy day. Normally I set out all my meals and prepare the meals 4-5 days in advance. Stick with organic foods when possible and supplement when unable. I buy pecans and almonds in bulk and add them in for snacks when needed. That’s just a few ways I found to help make it work. Pre-measuring also help prevent eating to large of a proportion.
