Thread: morning fat loss.

    Honestly, none of this shit really will make a huge diff. just get cardio done and do it at the appropriate heart rate like boosted said.


    If you wanna do it in the am then.

    1. use a bcaa or small scoop of whey powder along with a fat burner (if you want) 30 mins before your am session.

    2. use the formula of 220-age*.70 for heart rate, but dont be afraid to do intervals through out workout.

    3. Imediatly after eat your normal 1st meal.

    If you want to do cardio after a workout in the evening,

    1. Do all weight training first

    2. Dont consume your PWO shake if it has carbs until you've done your PWO cardio.

    3. once again use appropriate formula....

    Exactly, although I do not think one always needs any whey or BCAA's before AM cardio they will just be converted into glucose anyways.
