    Took 3 days off lifting, my body was just trashed from landscaping and working out, plus the wrist and the shoulder really needed a rest. I would rather take 3 days off than do a week or 2 worth of shitty workouts. I try not to take any NSAIDS either.

    During the course of these 3 days, i was fortunate enough to attend Eric Claptons Crossroads guitar festival in chicago. It was about 12 hours long, and kicked ass, everyone was amazing, especailly jeff beck and buddy guy, and los lobos rocked too. The lineup included Jeff Beck, Doyle Bramhall II, Eric Clapton, Robert Cray, Sheryl Crow, Vince Gill, Buddy Guy, BB King, Alison Krauss and Union Station, Sonny Landreth, Albert Lee, Los Lobos, John Mayer, John McLaughlin, Willie Nelson, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, Robbie Robertson, Hubert Sumlin, The Derek Trucks Band, Jimmie Vaughan, Johnny Winter, and Steve Winwood. Plus Bill Murray hosted and introduced each band and provided some good laughs. I refrained from any alcohol which is good, but i def. got to share some herbs with some random old hippies who were chillin around me... haha. Anyway, today im back to lifting, have some more pics up in about a week. Im wei***ng in at about 180 now

    Anyway, my theighs now rub when i walk, i have to use twice as much deoderant, wash my fash with acne cream 5 times a day, a lot of my shirts and pants are not fitting, and i no longer get morning wood, i get morning titanium. I guess this gear is legit haha

    Got some boxing hand wraps, never used them before today. Wrapped up my wrists mostly and a little bit of the hand, and did some bicep curls. Helped a lot with wrist support, but felt a lot of pressure in my hands from the wraps squeezing them. I guess ill have to keep wrapping so i can get it right. But i think these may alleiviate some if not all of my wrist problems. IF any of you guys know any other good wrist support products, lemme know.

    I also neglected to mention that i stopped using creatine and albuterol about 4-5 days ago. I noticed a bit of weight loss, maybe 1-2 lbs, and a bit of loss in mass. Also experiencing some "testicular atrophy" which sucks, but oh well.

    you could simply wrap your wrist with qauze and then tape. not as bulky.

    did some chest today, wrapped my wrists up good. Worked like a charm, no pain (well a little in the shoulder still), wrists were supported well, and i felt that i had a bit more control. Since the beginning of this cycle i've added 30 lbs to my first set (and all the others i suppose) of benching, doing dropsets.

    On a side note, i borrowed Pumping Iron from a bud that i am helping get into shape. Never seen it before, but guna watch it tonight.

    im itching to start dbol 50/day, cant wait till that begins... only a few more weeks...

    HA just finished off my first bottle EVER. and it was EQ. I got 6 weeks outa that thing instead of 5 so thats cool.

    Anyway, i nailed a vein/nerve just a second ago while finishing it which was a lame way to celebrate. But im getting good at this, i only put it about 1/5th in and my muscle twitched (from the last time i learned that twitching means u hit something), so i pulled it out and it started bleeding a bunch. Re-pinned, and shot the next one beautifully. If i had stuck it in fast, i wouldve tore up the vein a lot more instead of just pricking it and removing the needle promptly. Plus it woulda hurt more. But well all like pain right?!

    yes we all like pain lol.
    2nd, ive hit nerves and still injected (after the twitch) and either bled or not, no biggie. keep up the good work. dbol is whats gunan help ur lifts more than the test and eq.

    as if youve never seen pumping iron before...be sure to watch the special features with RAW IRON..(i hink its called raw iron....im talking about the extra footage they show theres probably a couple hours of it, its ****in wicked) but anyway, enjoy...ive probably watched it 100 times and its still ****in sweet

    pretty sweet movie. I checked out the raw iron part, pretty interesting. I find it funny that a lot of the stuff was made up, like the not going home for the dads funeral and whatnot, arnold talks about it. Its also funny that a lot of people take his whole rant about lifting being better than cumming seriously and even quote it, when really arnold was just bullshitting. Really makes me wish i could lift at venice beach with a bunch of buds and not my dirty ass basement alone. Its also kinda depressing to see how some of the guys turned out later in life, but i assume they dropped the BB lifestyle.

    I thought it was also funny how arnold made fun of "those" who claimed not to inhale. haha . At least we know arnold does haha

    so i just measured my arm for the hell of it, i put on almost 2 inches, and about 3/4 inch on my forearms, holy shit... Starting to get roids comments from people too, kind of annoying...Im guna explode when i hit the dbol

    alright these pics are about 7 weeks in for the eq, 6 for the test. Probly guna start dbol at week 8. Been getting a few sides, some zits on my shoulder/ tricep area. Also think i may be showing a small sign of gyno on my right tit, but im not sore, sensitive or itchy and only running 250 test so im not too worried. My shoulders and arms are also getting a bit vascular, take a look at the pics and ull see

    My wrists are getting pretty lame too, so ive been using the handwraps a lot, and they seem to help. I wouldnt be able to do a lot of shit if i didnt have them. Maybe my joints arent meant to carry this much weight. But whatever they dont really have a choice im callin the shots around here haha

    wow, congrats man. sounds like your are putting in hard work. Im very happy to hear that its working out for you. keep up the good work and keep us posted with how its ending up still.

    yeah, definite improvement in vascularity...it also looks like the rest of your body is becoming more proportionate to your shoulders...congrats on the progress! lookin good bro! how is the weight now? you've mentioned it every other time u tossed up a pic, but i didnt see it this time....

    my weight is starting to be more constant. It seems to be reaching a plateau. But, i only have one more week of landscaping left, which eats up a TON of energy, so once thats over i can expect to gain more. Plus im starting the dbol in a week, so im predicting maybe 5 -10 more lbs. Right now im still at 180.

    Ive been working on getting even too. My last pic i noticed my lats were lagging, so ive been working on rowing type excersizes a bit more. Also working a bit more on the traps.

    ok, im guna need some advice on this one. Im running 250 test c with no AI or SERM, so i didnt really think it woul happen, or at least not severe. But it appears that i am showing some signs of gyno finally. My nips are not sensitive, tender, sore, or itchy. But, i have noticed some enlargement of the area outside and below my nips. Moreso on the right pec. Anyway, there simply seems to be a bit of growth there, but no cone nipple-ing at all. I cant really tell unless i look really hard, and cannot tell at all flexed. In fact, i can only tell when unflexed with my arms down. If i move my arms up at all, no sign.

    So basically, i am wondering, do i need to start taking my nolva right away, or is there some degree of flexibility with gyno? Dont parrot, i want to hear from experience. Before you suggest anything, consider my mindset -

    I like the water weight from the estrogen. Sure it not permanent, but i feel a lot stronger with it, and im sure that is helps with my joints which are already fu cking up. Plus is makes the test and eq more effective. I would like to keep as much as i can without gyno. ALSO - if i get a tad bit of gyno, i dont really care, most people i see on a normal basis have some degree of gyno, and they have never even used AAS. Plus im only running 250 test, will it really get that much worse? I assume yes, since i am about to start 50 mg/day dbol.

    So anyway, what do you all think? Should i wait a little longer and see if it gets worse, or start now? Because right now, this is nothing, if i stayed like this, i wouldnt care. I am only worried that it may get worse. Is there a point when gyno becomes permanent? And will 10 mg nolva be enough to slow it? Maybe even 5mg? I would like to keep as much free estr in my body if possible.

    Sorry to throw so much info out, but i have never experienced gyno before, so i would like to be cautious.

    yea i started the nolva. I just got back to school, moving in and reconnecting electricity and allthat, i had to take a few days off for the transition, and i pretty much ate crap for those few days since i had no food or a fridge. But yea i now have a gym to workout in and some partners, and im eatn right again, so i can get serious...

    ill have some pics up again in about a week. I have just gotten myself situated at my new residence (already having ant problems, and found a huge cockroach) , but the past 2 days i weighed in at 187.6 and 186.2 - Thats a bit more than 25 lbs heavier than when i started. On a side note, ive decided to extend my cycle a bit to get the most out of the eq. So i picked up a bit more test and eq, and got my hcg and b. water too for the last few weeks.

    anyway today was legs day, and the gym was blazing hot. Plus its the first few weeks of school so all the idiots are in the gym walking around doing nothing and talking on cellphones with their posse or whatever. But the trend ive noticed is that after the first two weeks they start to give up or just start drinkn too much, basically lack comitment and/or dedication. But its pretty annoying to have to wait forever to do some calves.

    was injecting about a minute ago, felt a sharp pain,got pretty dizzy and my throat start to feel tight. cou***n like i hit a bong, and feel pretty dizzy. Spose i got a bit into a vein, good thing i stopped and pulled it out. Mightve wasted .1 -.2 of a ml tho. guna go lay down...feel like shit...

    btw, you can still get gyno with 'only' 250 mgs/week of test, even though that amount is a relatively low, it is still a hell of a lot more than normally produced in the body.

    nice veins action on your shoulders. not sure as to why dbol will be incorporated depleting the purpose of continuous vascularity, but I guess you did your own research.

    i aspirated, got air, so i mustve moved it a little. I dont do shows, so im not too worried about vacularity. Havent really lost much of it anyway. My gyno symptoms have pretty much subsided with the letro, too, which is nice.

    alright heres a picture from 2-3 weeks ago maybe? Sorry to take so long, i dont have the comp i used to so getting stuff off my memory card requires using a friends comp. I had a back pic, but it got deleted cuz my card was full, sorry. I think i may have weigh 187 ish in this pic. Im now about 190-5. Im getting sick ass stretch marks everywhere, even on my bicep by my elbow. GF is starting to complain about getting too big, dont really care, ill lose some of it when i come off n e way. I have a really hard time with wardrobe, i literally cant fit into most of my shirts, i have to wear all the big baggy ass shirt i usually use to sleep in. Hardley any of my shorts fit me. I also find myself doing things too hard, aka breaking things accidently since im not completely sure of my own strength yet. But all in all ive gained a little more than 30 lbs so far. So i guess thats good. Although i have gained a lot, i dont really think my frame is meant to carry/push this much weight, i am experiencing a lot of joint/ tendon problems when lifting, sometime i can move the weight no problem but it just feels like i shouldnt do that much. Especially bench and biceps, i have to let go very slow after each set of curls otherwise i get some very terrible shooting pain up my forearms.

    It feels good to be at 190+, but i think i would be better suited to get back at 180, but im sure thatll happen once i start up pct anyway so im not worried. But 190 definantly feels better than 160, i feel beastly, and am definantly getting looks and respect. Also a lot of people asking if i did roids, i just say im on the Atkins diet.

    wow mybad i totally forgot about this log. Anyway, got a new comp so im back on the forums (old one died).

    My first real cycle with injectables turned out great. At my peak i had gained about 32 lbs, and PCT went went. Lost a bit of muscle fullness, and gained a little body fat, but thats expected. After pct was said and done i kept about 25 lbs. I took a break for about a month due to injury to my wrist and shoulder that i was experiencing during the cycle, i believe that my body was just not made for such a dramatic increase in load.

    This cycle was a great experience, and really helped with my gastrointestinal reflux, although im not sure how it did so. Since i stopped throwing up so much, i was able to stretch my stomach, and now i can really eat like a champ. Anyway, im looking to start a short cycle in a month or so, so ill create a log for that when the time comes

    all in all, the only bad thing about this experience was all the annoying ass people asking if i did steroids. man does that get old. I think its funny that people will treat you differently just because of that, as they chain smoke cigarettes while completely twacked out. I told some people i am close to, and tried to use logic and reason to explain that it really isnt that terrible and their views are heavily influenced by media, but for the most part that is a waste of time. From now on, i will deny it whenever asked and save myself a load of time and trouble.

    So now im going to try and do shorter cycles that arent so dramatic, although i guess 32 lbs is not a common amount to gain judging by members reactions.

    Great results; I have a similar build to you and I'm a hard gainer even upping my calories and eating clean. 175lbs 12%bf and strong for my size. Your cycle was a little unorthodox but it worked for you which is what is important. I'm about to start my dbol/test e/ deca cycle and I'm hoping for good gains like you. Adding 20lbs. would be awesome. Keep us posted if you do another cycle
