    Arrow Right Gear/cycle For Mma?.. Let Me Know

    i want to have better recovery (not just cardio-wise, but i want my body to heal faster) so i can train harder and longer. i train all day everyday, and the last 2 classes i do im pretty much done. my next fight is gonna be in the spring of 08 and i want to get on a 12 week cycle and 4 week pct and be able to utilize all my training time to the fullest, and be done with my pct by the time i fight. im also trying to get rid of as much body fat as possible while putting on lean mass, so i can stay in the same weight class. if i were to put on mass and not lose fat id have to move up a class.

    i was originally thinking 12 weeks eq @ 600mg weekly, 13 weeks test e @ 500mg weekly. but then i read a thread that said 250-300mg of test weekly would be fine.

    first, is this a good cycle?
    2nd, is it true that 250-300mg a week of test e would be fine?
    if so, then what dosage of eq would i need?

    for pct i will be using aromasin and clomid for 4 weeks. should i take anything during the 12 week cycle to stop the side effects?

    Not bad, but a cycle should always be structured around your stats and goals.

    A TRT dose of test is even ok with any stack.

    IMO, 600mg/wk of EQ is optimal.

    Always have your ancillaries "on hand" in the event you need them.

    I would get 400mgs deca in there for the joints and tendons. If you are looking for ultra fast recovery and healing then HGH is the #1 choice. Nothing like it, trust me. It's the miracle drug since it rebuilds your whole body.

    How old are you? 500mgs ew of test is usually just right for most people.

    2 words.. **** EQ.. I ran my EQ at a dosage close to the same as my test, dont recall the numbers.. But it made me SUPER lathargic..

    Id run the higher amount of test if u train that much u will need it plus u will shed the extra water retention it may lead to ..never heard of Eq making someone lazy/ tired

    The lethargy could have come from high RBC count.

    shouldnt it be the opposite? people train at high altitude so their body builds up a higher red blood cell count so when they go back to regular altitude they have more gas.

    no theres no testing for my fight.

    and for people that know about mma, what kinda shit were fighters taking in pride that made their cardio so good? shogun and noguiera used to be able to go balls out for every second of every round in pride, then they come to the ufc and cant juice anymore and gas after the first round. i heard that it was EQ.

    Deca would be good for joints but HORRIBLE if he even has a chance of being tested in the next year or so...

    and what gauge **** to use? 1.5 length for ass and 1 for delts and biceps but i have heard alot of different opinions on gauge.

    I use 23g, 1" pins for all locations with oil based AAS.

    agreed. i still would have said run higher test but being you have to watch your weight u might be better off that low to keep water retention down.

    how long after the last injection does it take the water weight to come off?

    and whats better to use, clomid or liquidex?

    usually start seeing at 2 weeks depending on the ester then depending on much much u do cardio and what type of pct its prolly an average of 5lbs or so but alot of factors play into that. end of pct ull stop dropping.

    then again ur pretty low test so u might not see much at all. id just run 3-4 times per week then it isnt a big weight drop.

    for the gluts i would use a 1.5 just to make sure it gets in the muscle especially if ur bf is alil high but i know ppl with extremley low bf use a 1inch otherwise it goes to deep

    Jiggy - I have a 36 yr old friend who is an elite K1/muay thai fighter and he is training for mma now. He won his first mma fight by KO a few months ago with high kick against a semi-high profile mma fighter. Pretty good for a first appearance in mma. I was talking to him last night and his trainer told him GH is the best thing he could take, especially at his age. I would run prop, GH and a serm if I was you. If you can't get GH then use lr3 igf-1 in 30 day on, 30 day off cycles.
