i want to have better recovery (not just cardio-wise, but i want my body to heal faster) so i can train harder and longer. i train all day everyday, and the last 2 classes i do im pretty much done. my next fight is gonna be in the spring of 08 and i want to get on a 12 week cycle and 4 week pct and be able to utilize all my training time to the fullest, and be done with my pct by the time i fight. im also trying to get rid of as much body fat as possible while putting on lean mass, so i can stay in the same weight class. if i were to put on mass and not lose fat id have to move up a class.
i was originally thinking 12 weeks eq @ 600mg weekly, 13 weeks test e @ 500mg weekly. but then i read a thread that said 250-300mg of test weekly would be fine.
first, is this a good cycle?
2nd, is it true that 250-300mg a week of test e would be fine?
if so, then what dosage of eq would i need?
for pct i will be using aromasin and clomid for 4 weeks. should i take anything during the 12 week cycle to stop the side effects?
