    deads can go with legs if you do legs after back. You can also split legs up.

    I personally do mid and upper back on 1 day, and I put lower back with hamstrings. They are both part of the posterior chain and go together much better. Delts and traps are used as stabilizers, but that's ok as long as you do back beforehand.

    To increase the effect of deads on legs, you can use all 25 lbs plates so it is lower to the ground. This will increase your strength breaking the weight off the floor, and it works legs more. I use the technique with sumo stance to get inner thighs.

    Exactly! Done properly this is also a very good approach.
