hey just saying hi to everyone here been reading alot of diffrent threads ,stacks of really good info everywere!! sick site!
im 28 years of age and i use to do heaps of weights years ago, even did one of those cybergenics courses when they came out lol, i actully got really ripped of that haha... 4 years later i dabbled in dec, ethenate probe, i really didnt know much about what i was doing and i put on size but gave it away,(didnt really like the early signs of the receeding hairline and snapping at every little thing) couple more years down the track im now training in mma and loving it, have stopped doing weight training as it makes me feel like led when i do mma and i get really tired and slow(big arms are hard to hold up!),i really want to learn how to get more cut up,lose weight which i find hard to do as i am insulin dependent diabetic and i have to eat a far bit of carbs to keep me up and running...also i am trying to find out what type of (''suppliments'' )are out there to help with long periods of cardio and gaining more strength..... and would love to learn how to pm lol, i bet everyone new here asks that question! all good! take it easy![]()
