I would say if you are just going to take Nolva, take it 2 weeks (or 11 days right?) after your last shot of test e, and at a dose of 20mg a day for 4 weeks.

Some people, from what i understand, taper down to 10 mg on the last week, but for the majority they just do 20mg for 4 weeks. (i have also seen people run for 6 weeks).

I hope i didnt add to the stupidity haha. If i did please correct me, this is the knowledge i gained reading a bunch of articles on here.

one says 2 weeks, one says 4.

i'm leaning towards the 4 weeks.
