    These days if you are going competitive in an untested BB competition, then you will definitely need to be using gear to keep up with the lineup. It was probably different back in the 60s and 70s. Casey Viator was the youngest person EVER to win the Mr. America at 19. Was he using at that point? I don't know. I would say maybe, maybe not. We don't know these things for sure.

    And you might even have a valid reference, or a semi-compelling argument were these guys the topic of discussion, however, they aren't.

    By your reply it's obvious that you've never seen, or at least don't recall, pictures of Arnold's '67 Universe win.

    Though I may not have watched him swallow the Dbols, or checked his mouth afterwards for verification...

    ...a picture is worth a thousand words, so if you get a chance look them up!
