I wanna get started on IGF but I've read that you inject locally in the muscles worked that particular day. My question is that if you train quads which muscles would u inject into after workout? Like vastus lasteralis, medialis, rectus femoris hamstrings? Or could u just inject in to one particular quad muscle and it would be fine for the whole quad sweep?
