While Í've got you here, first off, fantastic Clen thread. Just searched and found it.

Got a question for you in terms of taking the Clen.

Let say I take it for 2 weeks, then a 3rd week with Benadryl do I continue weeks 4-6 only clen? Or do I take a 2 week break prior to starting another 3 week cycle?
