How long would it take to increase bi-cep/ti-cep 1 inch? (without roids)

Is it ok to do bi-cep/ti-cep/shoulder, and then next day back/legs?

How do you work out to gain mass?

what is up w/ the ip check list? what is the reasoning for this? and also why have so many mods and senior members, been banned or things like this? am i missing something?

ip checks check members IP addy to see if they have multiple accounts, which is against the rules. bannings are for variety of reasons, any of them obviously being for breaking the board rules.

For one reason, people will post things like this:

I am 5'9 170LB, I would like to do a quick sus 250mg a week for 2months.

But will I keep what I gain from sus if I went off it after, but still pumped?

I have a clean diet now, and I am in shape been hard at working out for a year, I just need something that will give me that boost, I just want to hit 185lb and stay there and just ripped from there on,

so any help would be great, and I know alot of you are going to say eat meat and green veggie and lots of protein, I have been doing that, and my gain has been 15lb in a year, I was on d-bol and that only but lost pretty much most of my gain from it.

A lan or local area network that shares a specific ip address is typically set up in the same building or facility. If that were the case and it was actually 2 different users, you could just walk into the next room and ask them a question, there would be no reason to post a question or comment on the board to someone who shares your lan.

those are the rules. consider yourself lucky it didnt result in a ban. every other case of multiple accounts i have seen has resulted in a ban.
