    Question

So what is this window exactly? Is this why it is recommended to take slin or glucophage while takng growth? when should we monitor our blood sugar levels? Does T4 have to be taken on an empty stomach like T3?

I'm pretty much asking for myself and hope this is not taken as a Hijack.

I have no family history of diabetes on either side of the family either.

If something is effecting your body's blood glucose, then you need to monitor your BG levels as well as control them.

T4 in the AM will work, but it is better to take it before bed.

    Question

Ok so i read on another thead about not taking in carbs 1 hr before injections and 1 hour after. Does carbs hinder the GH in some way? I have read alot of info on GH and never read anything about the carb intake. If i took 850 mgs of glucophage w/ my GH i should eat carbs correct? or would i want them to be seperate doses?

What dose of T4 would you recommend? I am 185lbs running a repair cycle for my achillies tendon tear. 4iu's/ed 5 on 2 off, w/ 100mg Test Prop EOD.

Carbohydrates around HGH injection will interfere with your livers ability to uptake glucose. If you do happend to consume carbs and HGH at the same time it won't make the HGH totally useless though.

gear, i know you suggest taking t4 around bedtime, have searched around to see what reasons, but was wondering why do you think bedtime is the best, am on 3iu of hematrope first thing in morning and getting ready to add t4. was thinking morning or midday for taking t4, if taken around bedtime, wouldn't it interfere with sleep, since it is supposed to raise energy levels and heart rate? thanks

A better thyroid response is seen when taking T4 at night.
