agreed w/ above...if you were to run winny, you wanna shoot it every day not eod...eod if pointless in my opinion...leaning out has more to do w/ diet than anything you can take...you can take a bulking cycle, and if you do the right diet, will still lean out...i'd run the test at around 500/week, and maybe throw some clen in there, but just do some diet and cardio more than anything...hit the diet section bro...sounds like you've got some real good size on you now...what's ur bf%? any idea? by the way, like the above said as well, i dont think you'll see the effects of winny much til you get into the lower digit bf
