its not that hard man. watch the hbo real sports steroid vid and watch the guy do it on there to get an idea. ur prob gonna want to start off with glutes on ur first cycle anyways to see what the pain is like cuz glute pain is usually easier to deal with then delt or quad pain.Originally Posted by allout13
