I've been using 1/2 of a regular size Thomas Whole Wheat bagel instead of 1/2 cup of dry oats. Thomas also makes mini ww bagels and ww english muffins. Krusteaz makes a great Oat Bran Pancake mix. Use 1/3 cup of dry mix per the instructions instead of 1/2 cup dry oats. Both have great whole grain content and fiber. Smart Balance Light margerine goes well on both if used sparingly, and I use just a little pure Maple Syrup on the pancakes (1 tsp). For my oatmeal, I started using stevia to sweeten it without adding calories or carbs. If you're not counting carbs that closely, adding a small diced banana to your oatmeal gives it a nice twist.
