seems like not to much, except for in my pecs. I used to do mostly presses. Now I am doing mostly flies. Now I dont feel that when I am doing presses that as many muscle fibers are being contracted as there once was. My big problem is that losing all this water and fat allot of sets I have to end before muscle failure because the burn is so intense, and I have not even started my winnie yet that will make it worse.
